graduation

Nyla Covington, an 18-year-old African American high school student from Raleigh, North Carolina, will graduate this year as the valedictorian of her class with an impressive 8.07 GPA. She has had to overcome a number of obstacles including being diagnosed with dyslexia at a young age and also struggling with homelessness.
