The new Michigan dyslexia research guide will help both educators and students improve literacy skills and build more successful learners.

The Michigan

Dyslexia Handbook: A Guide to Accelerating Learner Outcomes in Literacy was developed to help educators have a shared understanding of the best methods to prevent reading difficulties in students with dyslexia. The guide also provides the practices necessary to inform intervention and instruction methods for learners who show signs of dyslexia. It was developed by the Michigan Department of Education with help from dyslexia and literacy experts from across the nation. It works towards bringing together literacy efforts to educators across the state to help accelerate reading outcomes for every student.
