Dear Dyslexia: The Postcard Project

“Dyslexia is not a disease; it’s a different way of thinking,” and this project aims to change the narrative around dyslexia. With a focus on empowering students, schools, and parents, “Dear Dyslexia” is an initiative that seeks to celebrate neurodiversity and foster understanding. Students, parents, schools, adults are encouraged to participate. “The postcards will be featured in an upcoming exhibit coinciding with Dyslexia Awareness Month (October 2023) as a way to inspire and educate the next generation of dyslexic thinkers.

How to Participate

1. Download the postcard template.
2. Print out the template on card stock or paper.
3. Describe and illustrate your dyslexia.
4. Send it back to us!
